Description
Twilight Retreat | Float. Sound. Restore.
Sunday, 20th July 2025
4:00pm until 8:00pm
Yoga Junkie HQ, Gellinudd
As the light begins to dim and the evening draws in, you are invited to a rare and sacred experience. This four-hour immersive retreat has been created in response to the call for more….more depth, more softness, more stillness, more sound. An opportunity to pause before the summer fully unfolds, to come back to yourself in a space where nothing is expected but your presence.
You’ll be held gently from arrival through to release, surrounded by nature, guided by music, and supported by a blend of restorative movement, sound, and ceremony.
Retreat Flow
4:00pm Arrival & Grounding Welcome
Soft landings. Gentle music. Herbal tea. We open the circle and drop into the body. Expect breath-led grounding, gentle movement, and intention setting.
4:30pm Live Music Yoga Flow
A deeply intuitive, slow and soulful flow. This class is led to both live-recorded and live-played music, layering melody and stillness with somatic, breath-led yoga. Movement will be gentle, fluid, and deeply supportive for all levels.
5:30pm Pause & Tea Ceremony
Step outside if you wish, sip warm tea or refreshing infusions. Journal if you feel drawn, or simply rest and receive. You’ll be offered prompts for gentle reflection if you’d like them.
6:00pm Floating Sound Healing Meditation
This is the heart of the evening. A 90 minute deeply immersive sound healing experience held in floating hammocks (or on mats if you prefer). Expect layered vocals, crystal bowls, gentle chimes, melodic loops, silence, and spoken word. The sound will move around and through you, supported by live and recorded elements, holding space for deep release, nervous system reset, and inner nourishment.
7:30pm Nourishment
To gently complete the evening, we’ll gather for a light, seasonal meal: Sample menu – Roasted vegetable & grain bowls with herbed tahini drizzle, Artisan flatbreads & house-made dips, a summer fruit platter with mint & edible flower, Cacao + almond bliss balls to finish or take away
All options are plant-based and gluten-free where possible. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
7:50pm Firelight Releasing Ceremony
We close by the fire, with a simple but powerful practice.
You’ll be invited to write on a bay leaf what you wish to let go of….a thought, a belief, a fear, a name…and cast it into the fire.
A soft yet potent ritual to symbolise release and renewal.
“I honour what was. I release what I no longer need. I soften into what’s to come.”
