I have never used anything like this before and I was quite worried I wouldn’t be able to navigate it but it was so easy.  I was really impressed. Debbie was very professional and helpful, even though it was her first online yoga class!

I haven’t practiced yoga for a few years and I’m aching today but I really enjoyed and will be back for more next week!”
