The Yoga Junkie offers 1-1 or group yoga sessions, to all levels and abilities. A certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, offering a range of styles incorporating breathing and mindfulness techniques. Classes are held at locations within Neath Port Talbot and surrounding areas, local schools, corporate venues and online.

I absolutely love my weekly yoga fix and deb ensures that moves are adapted to all levels, ensuring you feel at ease during the class, whatever level you may be. A great depth of knowledge is applied to make adaptions for any injuries and recently prenatal yoga adaptations. it has been a huge benefit to my pregnancy journey so far and I hope to continue throughout.
