The Yoga Junkie offers 1-1 or group yoga sessions, to all levels and abilities. A certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, offering a range of styles incorporating breathing and mindfulness techniques. Classes are held at locations within Neath Port Talbot and surrounding areas, local schools, corporate venues and online.

“I fully committed myself to a weekly class since April which started with zoom and slowly progressed to attending a class in person as restrictions eased. I absolutely love my weekly yoga fix and deb ensures that moves are adapted to all levels, ensuring you feel at ease during the class, whatever level you may be. A great depth of knowledge is applied to make adaptions for any injuries and recently prenatal yoga adaptations. it has been a huge benefit to my pregnancy journey so far and I hope to continue throughout. My favourite bit is definitely the meditation at the end, i feel totally relaxed leaving and at total ease knowing that Deb has followed all the recent guidelines creating a safe, relaxing and enjoyable space. “Started Broga a few months back just to try out something new and it’s safe to stay I’ll be sticking with it. Deb is an excellent instructor and is brilliant at explaining what to do in order to achieve the full benefits of each stretch/pose. The meditation stage at the end of each session is very refreshing and great for winding down, really making the experience worth while.”

“Yoga Junkie classes are run by Debbie who is an excellent and inspiring yoga teacher. I first went to a class over a year ago and was worried about what to expect and if I could do yoga as I wasn’t particularly flexible. Debbie put me at ease straight away and made me feel comfortable as did the other yogi’s in class. Amazingly, Debbie remembers all attendees names, strengths and weaknesses. And so she tailors every class to each individuals level ensuring growth and challenge, reassuring you that your position and version of yoga is very much on point for you. Debbie’s extensive knowledge of yoga extends to descriptive reason for purpose on each pose and explains what is happening to the body and she gives the beneficial factors being met during the stretch. I have taken part in face to face and zoom lessons to which both are equally attentive. I have seen a huge difference in my flexibility, endurance and posture physically and I have enjoyed the serenity and calmness the breathing and meditating create therefore helping my emotional and mental well-being.
