Step into a day designed to explore the landscapes within yourself, a chance to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your energy, your breath, and your inner calm. Amidst the springtime bluebells and the timeless beauty of Aberglasney Gardens, every moment of this retreat is held, guided, and restorative.
Guided by Debbie Robinson (The Yoga Junkie) an experienced facilitator, movement teacher, and guide who creates restorative spaces for people to reconnect with themselves. With a background in yoga, pilates, somatic practices, and energy work, she brings a gentle yet powerful approach that blends movement, breath, and mindfulness with Reiki-infused sound healing.
Her five star retreats are designed to help participants slow down, tune in, and explore their inner landscape, offering a safe and held environment where the body, breath, and mind can realign. Every part of the day is intentionally guided by Debbie, ensuring each guest feels supported, nurtured, and fully immersed in the experience, and nothing less.

Begin your day by settling your nervous system and expanding your awareness through gentle, energising breathwork.
Movement Flow (Yoga/Pilates/Mobility)
Move mindfully through a guided practice that awakens strength, flexibility, and softness, a blend of yoga, pilates, and mobility designed for all levels.
Reiki-Infused Sound Healing Meditation
Let resonant tones and gentle energy work carry you inward, restoring balance, clearing tension, and leaving you deeply calm.
Forest Bathing & Garden Exploration
Step outside for a forest bathing experience led by Aberglasney’s Garden Director, followed by a guided tour of the flourishing vegetable gardens. Connect the rhythms of nature with your inner landscape.
Afternoon Tea & Curated Goodie Bag
Close the day with seasonal, nourishing tea prepared by Frances, and receive a curated goodie bag, a little reminder of the day to take home.

RETREAT FORMAT
Half Day Reset (3.5 hours)
Ideal for groups, private gatherings, or corporate wellness.
Includes up to three of the elements below, plus refreshments and a short closing reflection.
Full Day Immersion (Up to 7 hours)
A deeper, more restorative experience allowing space for meals, rest, reflection, and additional sessions.
