What to Bring:

How to Prepare:
💧 Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support your body.
🧠 Come with an Open Mind – Be ready to explore, release, and receive.
What to Wear:
👕 Comfortable Clothing – Choose soft, loose layers you can move and rest in.
🧥 A Jumper, Cardigan, or Blanket – Essential for staying warm, especially during outdoor elements.
Pre-Retreat Guidance
What to Expect:
📵 Phones: Ideally, leave them in your car. If you bring them inside, they must be on silent with no vibrations to maintain the retreat’s atmosphere.
☕ What to Avoid: Skip caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals on the day. Allow at least two hours of digestion before yoga nidra.
🚗 Parking: Onsite parking at HQ is limited. Please park offsite and enjoy a short two-minute stroll up the lane, or consider car-sharing or getting dropped off.
⏳ Arrival: Be on time—the main gates and studio doors will close promptly at the start of the session to maintain the integrity of the experience.
