🕊️ Hammock Sound Healing | The Reset Ritual
Date: Wednesday 13 August 2025
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Location: Yoga Junkie HQ
Investment: £35
Spaces Limited
Where the hammock becomes a threshold between what was and what’s next.
Held in silk and sound, this mid-August session is your invitation to pause, soften, and reset. Let the layers of noise fall away as you return to the breath, reconnect with the body, and realign with your quiet power.
✨ What to Expect
Floating Sound Journey
Suspended in a silk hammock, your body is gently supported while your nervous system is invited into deep rest. Expect subtle shifts, soft landings, and a return to inner stillness.
Guided Meditation
A visual, heart-led reset to help you shed what feels heavy and welcome in clarity, presence and emotional spaciousness.
Sound Healing
Crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and layered voice tones ripple through the body’s energetic field, clearing stagnation and awakening self-trust.
