Workplace Assessments
I can conduct workplace assessments to recommend reasonable adjustments, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for women experiencing menopause. This includes identifying practical solutions to help manage symptoms and improve overall workplace wellbeing, in line with recent disability regulations. Under the Equality Act 2010, menopause symptoms can be considered a disability if they have a long-term and substantial impact on a woman’s ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. Employers are legally required to make reasonable adjustments, such as flexible working hours or modifying the work environment, to support employees going through menopause (Pinsent Masons) (Equality and Human Rights Commission).
Menopause Movement Certification
I am certified by Menopause Movement, the governing body with which I trained. This certification ensures that my coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices and professional standards.
