“Post natal workshop – Wednesdays have quickly become my favourite day of the week thanks to the wholesome and nurturing environment created by Deb and the girls. Such a rarity to have a mum centred yoga class that allows us to fully engage without having to worry about our little ones. It’s truly a special class, thank you.” Lee Hinde x
