Aerial yoga blends movement, breath, and play using a soft silk hammock to support, strengthen, and stretch your body in ways you never thought possible. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced yogi, aerial invites curiosity, creativity, and a whole lot of fun.
A Brief History
Rooted in inspiration from practices like Yoga Karunta (rope wall yoga) and ancient hammock traditions, aerial yoga has grown with influences from dance, acrobatics, and classical yoga. Today, it’s an accessible practice for every body, giving you new ways to explore movement with the support of the hammock.

Aerial Yoga Etiquette & What to Bring
To protect the hammocks and keep you comfortable:
✔ Wear fitted, stretchy clothing covering legs and upper arms
✔ Bring a yoga mat and water bottle
✔ Tie up long hair and remove jewellery incl. watches
✔ Avoid lotions, perfume, makeup, and false tan before class
✔ No food for at least an hour before class
✔ Notify us of any medical conditions when booking

You are not permitted to book for anyone else, each participant has to complete the disclaimer in full as it’s tailored to your individual needs

All hammocks are safety-checked before every class. Trained staff are on hand to assist with entry, exit, and modifications. You are always responsible for listening to your own body and equipment.

Not at all. Aerial yoga is suitable for complete beginners.

Yes. We can offer variations and support to suit your needs.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Ideally, yes, but spares are available.
