We’ll open with a brief meditation or breath practice, acknowledging yoga as more than movement. Expectations soften. You start to notice your breath, meet stillness without force, and reconnect with the basics that carry you beyond the mat.
The pace is unhurried. Extended, easeful postures calm the nervous system, create space in tight places, and bring balance back online. With time to rest in each shape, your body unwinds and your mind clears the clutter.
You’ll gather simple tools for your own self-care routine. Expect a thoughtful blend of Ashtanga foundations and restorative postures, expert guidance, intuitive adjustments, and a tranquil setting with gentle, twinkling light at Bronleigh House Holistic Wellness.
When it fits, we’ll weave in light sound therapy to support energetic balance. You’ll be encouraged to claim your space, stand in your power, and honour what you need, no apology, no performance.
Savasana is a soft landing: calming aromas and a cleansing meditation mist made with organic essential oils.
Over time, you may notice shifts, physical, mental, energetic, emotional. Tension eases, limitations loosen, sleep settles, and the volume of daily stress turns down. This is your reset.

Venue: Bronleigh House Holistic Wellness, 6 Cadoxton Road, Neath.
Vibe: Quiet, ambient space with soft “starry” ceiling, housed by a Barasol Ceiling.
Access: Studio is on the first floor with stairs. Please consider this when booking.
Facilities: On-site café, free parking, multiple WCs.
What to bring
Your own non-slip mat (the floor is wooden)
Comfortable, form-fitting layers you can move in
Water bottle (preferably not glass)
Small hand towel
Optional: eye mask or extra cosy layer for savasana
Good to know
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, and avoid being locked out. The door is locked at precisely class start time, and late entry is not permitted.
Waiver: A short health & liability waiver must be completed in advance, no waiver, no class.
Booking: All bookings are online. Spaces are limited for a calm, supported experience.
Kind etiquette: Phones on silent, quiet entry/exit to honour the stillness.
