What to Expect:
In alignment with the astrological energies of the season, this two-hour hammock sound healing session is designed to facilitate a powerful mid-summer reset.
- Floating Sound Journey: Feel weightless as you are cradled in silk hammocks, allowing the body to soften and the mind to slow down.
- Guided Meditation: A gentle meditation to release what no longer serves, drawing on the waning gibbous moon’s energy in Aries. This is a potent time for letting go and making space for renewal.
- Sound Healing: Allow the resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vocal tones to guide you through an immersive auditory experience, harmonising the nervous system and encouraging emotional release.
- Firelight Ritual: Close the evening by the fire, a sacred space to release written intentions, honour what’s been released, and embrace the transformative energies of Pluto and Mercury retrogrades.
