returning, gently
After six weeks away to rest and restore, I’m returning with a steadier rhythm and a full heart. This first night back is a soft re-entry, an invitation to kindle your inner ember and come home to yourself.
where the hammock becomes your heart’s horizon
Held in silk and sound, this experience invites courage, creativity and quiet power. Nothing to do, nowhere to be, just arrive and be received.
what to expect
Floating Sound Journey
Settle into the cocoon of silk as safety and surrender invite your nervous system to reset, your breath to deepen and your body to soften.
Guided Meditation
An autumnal visual journey to kindle a steady glow within, restoring balance and calm after a full season.
Sound Healing
Harmonic frequencies from crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and soft vocal layers tune the energetic body, inviting ease, clarity and receptivity.
