‘Unblock Me’ is made from 100% natural high-density cork which is biodegradable, and 100% recyclable. Our block is made using cultured wood, and is inodorous, non-toxic, and environmentally conscious. 

Our blocks weigh 740grams (9x6x3) and can assist with deepening, elongating and raising height in your practice, helping to improve strength, balance and alignment easing discomfort.
