Where the hammock becomes a bridge from self to spirit
Held in silk and sound, this is a focused, gentle deep dive. Cocooned in hammocks with bowls, breath and deliberate silences, you’ll be invited to call in your spirit guides or, if you prefer, your inner wisdom, ancestors, or trusted allies within. The emphasis is safe, spacious attention: to progress and evolve your relationship with guidance at your own pace, drawing closer without pressure, expectation or performance. We listen, notice what arrives, and tend the relationship with compassion, taking only what nourishes.
what to expect
Floating Sound Journey
Cocooned in a hammock, you’ll settle into deep rest while layered crystal bowls, koshi chimes and gentle voice create a sturdy, spacious field. There will be deliberate silences, the quiet is part of the work.
Guided Journey (spirit guides)
A soft, trauma-aware visual journey to meet a wise, supportive presence. All beliefs welcome. You choose your language; guides, ancestors, higher self, inner compass. No pressure to see or hear anything specific; simply notice what arrives.
Integration & Return
A few quiet minutes to journal or rest so insights can land, followed by a gentle closing to bring you back grounded and clear.
