Held in the soothing embrace of silk hammocks, this mid-summer sound journey is a call to reset, realign, and return to your natural rhythm. As the heat and haste of high summer peak, this is your invitation to drop into deep, replenishing stillness and receive the quiet medicine your body may be craving.
What to Expect:
In the heart of summer, amidst the fullness of life, this healing experience offers sanctuary, a place to pause and soften before the next season stirs.
Floating Sound Journey: Suspended in silk, your body is gently held as your nervous system begins to settle, allowing you to exhale tension and access inner stillness.
Guided Meditation: A meditation designed to bring you to your inner stillpoint, the quiet space within where clarity, intuition, and healing can rise.
Sound Healing: Let the healing tones of crystalline bowls, chimes, drumming, and voice guide you into a meditative state. Each sound is chosen to soothe, cleanse, and support emotional restoration.
Stillness Ceremony: A simple yet potent ritual to release overstimulation, reset intention, and acknowledge how far you’ve come, even when the world feels loud.

Arrival & Space
Please arrive no earlier than 6:20pm, we need time to prepare the space for you
Doors close promptly at 6:30pm, late arrivals cannot be admitted
If you’re unsure of directions, please reach out ahead of time, do not leave it until the evening

What to Wear & Bring
• Comfortable clothing (no zips or jewellery)
• A blanket, cushion, and eye mask (optional but recommended)
• Water and a journal if you feel called to write
Avoid Before Class
• Heavy meals or strong scents
• Makeup, false tan, or long nails – to protect the hammocks
• If you are pregnant or have medical considerations, please get in touch in advance
