For the self-aware but stuck.

The Meditation Lab is a relaxed, gently guided workshop created for modern minds and real-life nervous systems.
You’ll explore a mix of simple, accessible meditation styles and breathing techniques that support regulation, rest and reconnection – without the pressure to sit still or silence your thoughts.
Designed especially for:
• Overthinkers, perfectionists and people-pleasers
• The neurodivergent, highly sensitive or emotionally aware
• Anyone feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or disconnected
• Meditation sceptics who’ve “tried but can’t”
• Burnt-out doers craving rest without guilt
• Those navigating anxiety, racing thoughts or nervous system dysregulation
• Anyone curious to find calm without the clichés
Across the 2.5 hours, you’ll be invited to try a range of tools and approaches – no experience needed, no jargon, no wrong way to be.
You’ll leave with lifelong skills, practical insights, and a deeper understanding of how to support your own inner landscape.
To end, you’ll be guided through a sound-led meditation – a signature favourite curated by Yoga Junkie, helping you integrate the experience and leave feeling clear, grounded and more at home in yourself
Pre-Class Instructions
Arrival and Space
Arrive 10 minutes early – late arrivals cannot be admitted
Please silence phones and keep belongings minimal
Free onsite parking available, reverse into spaces
Wear and Bring
Comfortable layers
Mat, blanket, cushion and eye mask (optional but deeply encouraged)
Water bottle and journal for reflection
